We collect as little as possible: what is needed to send you a photograph and to answer you.

What we collect

Order: name, email, phone number, postal address, order contents. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never reaches our servers.

Messages: name, email and the content of what you write to us.

Technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.

To process and ship your order, to keep accounting records as required by law, and to answer your messages.

We do not sell or share your data. We use no advertising trackers.

Order and invoice data: 10 years, as required by French accounting law.

Messages: 3 years after the last contact. Server logs: 12 months.

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our email provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

You may access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its processing.

The site uses only the strictly necessary cookies needed for the basket and the payment session. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
