shipping & returns
Every photograph sold here is an original print that exists once and only once. It is packed by hand, flat, between rigid boards, and sent with tracking.
Packing
Prints travel flat, sleeved in acid-free glassine, between two rigid boards inside a stiffened envelope or a box. Matted works are shipped inside their mat.
Each shipment includes the certificate of authenticity for the work.
Costs
European Union: 12 € per order, tracked.
Rest of the world: 22 € per order, tracked.
Shipping is charged once per order, whatever the number of photographs it contains.
Times
Orders are prepared within 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days within Europe and 7 to 15 working days elsewhere.
Customs duties or import taxes outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer.
Right of withdrawal
If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason.
Write to romain@betweenunknowns.com before returning anything. Return the work in its original packing, unaltered and unmounted. Return postage is at your expense; the price of the work is refunded within 14 days of us receiving it.
Damaged or lost in transit
Photograph the parcel and the work as received and write to us within 7 days. A work damaged or lost in transit is refunded in full, shipping included.
Because each print is unique, a damaged work cannot be replaced by an identical one.
